Issue
Touch system calibration process bar doesn't progress beyond 99% on a SMART Board 8055i-G5 interactive flat panel.
Symptoms
When you calibrate the touch system of a SMART Board 8055i-G5 interactive flat panel, the progress bar stops at 99% complete.
Cause
This can occur if the attached computer and the interactive flat pane, have entered a low-power sleep state for an extended period before the calibration is performed.
Solution
Restart both the interactive flat panel and the attached computer. If the SMART Room System for Microsoft Lync is attached, restart the system. After restarting, perform the touch system calibration on your interactive flat panel again.

To turn off and turn on the SMART Board 8055i-G5 interactive flat panel

Use the MAINS power switch located at the bottom of the interactive flat panel.
OR
Disconnect the interactive flat panel's power cable from the wall outlet.

To restart the Lync computer appliance for the SMART Room System for Microsoft Lync

  1. Press and hold the small power button on the enclosure where the Lync appliance is installed for six seconds,
  2. Press the power button again to turn on the Lync appliance.
