Issue
When you open SMART Notebook software, a JavaScript error message appears, stating that "The script on this page appears to have a problem. Do you want to stop the script?"
Symptoms
This error message can appear when a script that takes a long time is running inside a widget or an add-on.
Cause
This can result from working with large or complex SMART Notebook files, for example Whack-A-Mole Game.notebook (available from SMART Exchange).
Solution
Click No to give the script time to complete so your widget or add-on can continue to work.

Click Yes to stop the script, which can cause the widget or add-on to behave unexpectedly.
Background
SMART recognizes this as a software bug and a current limitation of SMART Notebook 11 software and certain .notebook files. This error occurs only in rare cases. SMART is investigating this error and taking actions to prevent it from occurring in the future.
